Caltech: Designs for Promoting Teamwork in the Human Resources Department

The Human Resources department at Caltech sought creative visual concepts to emphasize the values of collaboration, engagement, and growth among its staff. I designed three unique designs to represent these themes.

Feynman Diagram-Inspired Design

Drawing inspiration from the work of Richard Phillips Feynman, an esteemed American theoretical physicist, this concept integrates a stylized Feynman diagram. The diagram visually links the key values (Engage, Collaborate, Grow) through symbolic particle interactions, reinforcing the idea of dynamic, interconnected teamwork.

Molecular Growth Concept

Based on the Caltech Human Resources molecular logo, this design reimagines the logo as a sprouting plant. The branches and leaves, labeled with “Engage,” “Collaborate,” and “Grow,” illustrate the department’s commitment to fostering personal and organizational development.

Puzzle Piece Collaboration

Using hands holding puzzle pieces, this design symbolizes collaboration and unity. Each piece represents an individual contribution coming together to form a cohesive whole, highlighting the importance of teamwork in achieving shared goals.
